The saniflo™ pump line
is specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines
established
for sanitary process applications. saniflo?pumos
incorporate a straight flow-through design for
assure that product will not stagnate or become
trapped. Two pumping chambers reduce velocity
within the pump resulting in high shear sensitivity
.The pumps do not utilize close fitling parts
thus allowing solids to pass without harm. Abrasive
and viscous products are also pumped easily without
altering product integrity. The saniflo™
pump line s comprised of 3 classifications: FDA,
USDA, and 3-A to satisfy your requirements.
All Saniflo™ pumps are constructed of 316
S.S. wetted parts with either Teflon®,
viton®, or Sani-flex™ (Hytrel®
) elastomers. Tri-clamp style inlet and discharge
ports offer quick, easy disconnect for cleaning,
inspection, and maintenance. The wing nut fasteners
provide easy grip for the removal of the pump
clamp bands which further expedites these processes.
